General Manager – Steve Annells PMTO 10162
The team at Dunrite is headed by Steve Annells with over 20 years’ experience in Subterranean Termite tracking and eradication. Steve is a fully licenced technician, with many years of site experience. It is this experience that drives his hands-on approach and close involvement at a coal face level with his staff and clients alike. Steve has been featured in many Channel Nine segments as a trusted and respected advisor to the channel nine team. He has lived locally in the Logan Area for over 25 years and as a home owner himself, understands the issues from a local perspective.
Steve is passionate about the Industry and prioritises delivering a personal, yet professional experience to all of our customers. Having established and operated Dunrite Termite & Pest Control over 20 years ago, Steve is committed to the on-going success of Dunrite and has had the opportunity to build a strong rapport with many of our existing clients that keep coming back to get the job Dun-Rite. Steve is always available and approachable to our clients and this is OUR POINT OF DIFFERENCE.
Operations Manager – Wayne Neale PMTO 12630
Wayne has over 15 years of timber pest inspections, termite tracking and termite eradication experience. Wayne specialises in termite detection has the natural ability to find the most elusive termites. Wayne’s knowledge and experience in termite tracking surpasses many of his counter-parts in the industry.
Wayne oversees ALL installations of our Subterranean Termite Management Systems (Chemical Barriers) and offers on-going technical advice on every job site. Wayne heads our team of Technicians, Tech Assistants and Labourers that assist in all of our services. His reputation in the industry is one of a “can-do” attitude and he is known to go over and above expectations to get the job Dun-rite.
Office Manager – Gina Lyell
A true asset to Dunrite, and the ‘Go to’ person for the administration of the company. Gina has held front line management positions for the last 15 years. Gina has utilised her skills and experience to ensure efficiency and professionalism in all areas of the administrative management of the company, including accounting and marketing.
Her strength and passion lie in customer service, positive staff relationships and administration. She is multi-skilled and places an emphasis on efficiency and organisation. Gina has a friendly disposition with attention to detail. Her approach to her position is ‘hands on’ and she is a fully motivated individual that will ensure the job gets Dun-Rite.
Senior Service Controller/Administrator – Carly Hayes
Carly comes to Dunrite with a background in various industries that compliments the work load within the business. Carly is a highly organised person and has a keen eye for detail. Carly co-ordinates our bookings (service control) and is responsible for distributing our reports, so her role in our team is integral. With her friendly and bright disposition, combined with her strong work ethic, she is a valued member of our team and she works hard to ensure accuracy and consistency in our service to our clients.
She is highly skilled and ‘sharp as a tack’ which enhances our staff morale and compliments our overall professional ethic at Dunrite. Carly has developed her role into a more productive and pro-active role which supports Management in many areas, including staff development, marketing and research.
